Paul has been involved in Real Estate and Local Government law for over 20 years. Combined with his knowledge of Business, he is extremely adept in the areas of Real Estate, Municipal and Business Law. His goal is to move smoothly and efficiently through the process, keeping his clients' best interests in clear view to effectively close the deal. Additionally, Paul is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Due Diligence and Entitlement processes including Environmental, Geotechnical, Title and Government approvals.
